Replacement pocket filter sets
SALDA pocket filters for compact air handling units are made of synthetic materials: polyester or non-woven microfiber. These materials are resistant to the growth of bacteria, fungi and microbes. The filter operates even at 100% relative humidity and is heat resistant (up to 80-120 ºC, depending on the type of filter). The housing is made of corrosion-resistant alu-zinc AZ185 and has no sharp corners, which prevents damage to the filters.
The pockets of the filter retain an ideal V shape, thus the air evenly passes through the filter material ensuring uniform dust removal across the entire surface, and constant pressure drop. This leads to:
- Lower pressure loss;
- Longer lifetime of the filter;
- Lower energy consumption;
- Better filtration efficiency.
Filters of the following classes are used in compact air handling units (ISO 16890): ePM10 75% (F7), Coarse 85% (M5), Coarse 60% (G4).
